Yes. For foaming performance, dilute regular liquid hand wash with water at 1:4 (1 part soap + 4 parts water). You can also use ready-made foaming soap.

Avoid using very thick gel soap without dilution because it can reduce foam quality or clog the foaming mesh. Dilute thicker soaps with water first.

Use the control button to switch 4 gears: 0.3s / 0.8s / 1.5s / 2.0s. Lower gear saves soap; higher gear gives more foam.

The sensor response is about 0.25 seconds, so foam dispenses quickly after your hand is detected.

Yes. It has IPX5 water resistance for splash areas. Do not rinse the motor head under running water—wipe with a damp cloth instead.

Charge using the Type-C cable (DC 5V) with any phone charger or power bank. Charging time is about 3 hours. Wipe the unit dry before charging.
