Return Policy:
We provide a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our website within the UAE. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a 100% refund. Please note that the item must be unused and returned in the original condition you received it.
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product received is different from what was ordered, or
The product arrives damaged/defective.
Requesting a Return:
To return a product purchased from the DiscountreeHub website within 7 days, follow these steps:

This will help facilitate a smooth and efficient return process.
If you purchased multiple items as part of a deal, you can still return individual items from the order. Please contact Customer Care for more details.
Checking and Approving:
DiscountreeHub will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours and notify you of its approval status.
If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, it will no longer be eligible for return.
Getting the Product Picked Up (UAE):
Once approved, DiscountreeHub will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics company from your provided UAE address. Kindly ensure the product is ready for collection at the scheduled time.
The reverse pickup process is typically completed within 15 working days from the date of initiating the pickup request. We kindly request your patience during this period. Please note that for non-serviceable UAE areas, the timeframe may vary.
Checking the Product:
After we pick up the product, DiscountreeHub will inspect it within 7 working days. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll inform you of the outcome. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund.
Returning Conditions:
The product must be:
Unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable).
Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted.
Please include the original box and packaging with your return. Failure to do so may result in the return or replacement being rejected.
Replacement Policy (UAE):
We offer replacement only if:
The product received is wrong, or
The product is delivered damaged/defective.
To request a replacement, please email us at Customercare@Discountreehub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Once approved, we will arrange replacement delivery based on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling After Shipping:
If the order has been shipped, you can cancel the order with a valid reason, but you will only get a refund once we receive the product back.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order. However, a refund (applicable for prepaid orders) will only be issued once we receive the returned product.
Refund Process
Getting Your Money Back:
DiscountreeHub will process your refund once we receive the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you initially used. Please allow 6–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
COD Orders:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund transactions will be processed to the customer’s designated bank account. Customers may be requested to provide their bank account details via email to initiate the refund process.
