  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a return.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Personal care or sanitary goods

    • Intimate apparel or swimwear

    • Gift cards

    • Downloaded software products

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also let you know the status of your refund after the inspection.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer's policies.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or a video showing the damage or incorrect item

We will work with our supplier to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs if required.
